The unripe dates are completely red. As the dates ripen, they gradually turn black from the bottom. <\/p>\n

When they are completely black, the date clusters are shaken on the palm and the ripe dates fall into a net under the palm. RM Import was established in 1998 and has been supplying fresh dates, dried fruit and nuts to wholesale and supermarket chains in Denmark and Northern Europe ever since. We are headquartered in Hammel, where we also have our warehouse facilities. <\/p>\n

The company’s founder has roots in Iran, where the family has been involved in the date and dried fruit trade for generations. The company has its own date orchards and packing plant in the city of Bam, Iran, which employs around 400 people during the harvest season. <\/p>\n
